Our Principals
Company History
The company was incorporated on May 3, 1995 in the state of Missouri. Our eight principals, who manage the firm have, taken together, over 250 years in the securities business. Most of those years were spent in management positions with other broker/dealers. This company is managed by seasoned, time-tested veterans.
Our sales force is also mostly veterans who have been in the securities business for a dozen or more years. In another section of this web site you will find a page on each of our brokers covering their experience, areas of concentration and states where registered to do business.
Our headquarters is located in a suburb of St. Louis. Our brokers are located in twenty-eight states, with the majority located in the St. Louis, Kansas City and Denver metropolitan areas. We currently are licensed to do business in forty-nine states and the District of Columbia (not licensed in Maine).
